My name is Paul Caruccio and I am not a politician. I have never run for an elected office. I am a Republican and a life long resident of Massachusetts. I have a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics. I am in my twenty-ninth year as a successful small business owner. I have a strong understanding of fiscal responsibility and understand the pressures of raising a family in today’s environment. I believe in “working values.” I will bring responsibility back to the judiciary and provide much needed political balance to the Governor’s Council. The office of Governor’s Council is a position where important decisions are made that affect our daily lives. Choose a candidate that will bring common sense and American values into this office.

• Ensure nominees are strong proponents of the

  U.S. Constitution  

• Ensure nominees are prepared to protect the public
• Insure nominees are prepared to protect the public

• Ensure judges understand the definition of Illegal Immigration

• Insure judicial nominees do not legislate from the bench
• Insure nominees possess working values 

• Promote justice and fiscal responsibility 

  in the judicial system

The Responsibility of the Governor's Council

• Appoint Judicial Nominees and review pardons
  
• Authorize expenditures from the Treasury
  
• Compile and certify results of some statewide
  elections
  
• Approve notary public and Justices of the Peace
  
• Appprove of constitutional officers to fill vacancies
  when the Legislature is not in session
